Learning how to cope with those angry moments.

Being a parent is one of the most stressful and frustrating things that you can do. Sometimes this can be a challenge to cope with and manage.

Colin Sure Start are offering an 8-week Parents Anger Management Programme (PAMP). This programme will look at where anger comes from, the effect that it can have on our family and children, and what we can do about it.

The programme begins on Monday 23rd October 2017 in the Dairy Farm Library 6-8pm. There are no crèche facilities available. Refreshments will be provided.
